This is a commercially focused role. You will be expected to turn search visibility into qualified demand, sales opportunities, pipeline and revenue - not simply report on traffic and rankings.\nYou will own Diabolocom’s international SEO/GEO strategy, lead an SEO team, and decide where to invest across markets, content, technical SEO and AI search to maximize business impact. You will also lead SEO strategy for a major website redesign and migration.\nThe role combines commercial leadership, SEO/GEO expertise, demand generation, team management and hands-on execution in an international B2B technology environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn SEO/GEO as a growth channel\nOwn the global SEO/GEO strategy, roadmap, KPIs, investment priorities and business case.\n\nSet commercial objectives for organic growth and hold the channel accountable for qualified leads, opportunities, pipeline and revenue contribution.\n\nPrioritize markets, audiences, keywords, topics and initiatives based on expected business impact.\n\nTurn SEO data into clear decisions on where to invest, optimize or change direction.\n\nPartner with Marketing, Demand Generation and Sales leadership to align organic growth with wider revenue goals.\n\nLead international SEO, content and conversion\nGrow organic performance across Diabolocom.com, six subdomains, six languages and multiple markets.\n\nBuild keyword and content strategies by country, language, buyer intent and commercial priority.\n\nDevelop high-intent landing pages, comparison pages, use cases, industry pages and other conversion-focused assets.\n\nEnsure content is localized rather than simply translated.\n\nOptimize existing content based on traffic, conversion potential and business value.\n\nImprove conversion through stronger CTAs, forms and user journeys.\n\nTrack organic leads, conversion rates, qualified opportunities and pipeline alongside traditional SEO metrics.\n\nBuild visibility across AI search and LLMs\nOwn Diabolocom’s GEO and AI-search strategy across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and emerging platforms.\n\nDefine how AI visibility supports authority, demand creation and commercial growth.\n\nTrack mentions, citations, source visibility and share of voice across priority queries.\n\nImprove topical authority through expert content, earned mentions, digital PR, partnerships, citations and link acquisition.\n\nMonitor competitor visibility and adapt strategy as AI search evolves.\n\nLead the SEO team and agency ecosystem\nManage and develop a team of two SEO specialists, including one SEO Manager and one DACH-focused SEO Specialist.\n\nSet priorities, objectives and KPIs tied to business outcomes.\n\nReview and challenge recommendations to ensure initiatives have measurable commercial impact.\n\nCoordinate Content, Demand Generation, Sales, Product and Web teams.\n\nManage collaboration with external SEO and web agencies.\n\nLead SEO for the website redesign and migration\nAct as the internal SEO lead for Diabolocom’s website redesign.\n\nEnsure SEO supports both organic visibility and future acquisition performance.\n\nOwn requirements across architecture, URLs, internal linking, metadata, structured data and international SEO.\n\nLead migration planning, including URL mapping, redirects and pre-/post-launch validation.\n\nProtect existing SEO equity while creating a stronger platform for future growth.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n6-8+ years of direct SEO experience, including ownership of SEO strategy in B2B technology, SaaS or a similarly complex digital business.\n\nDemonstrated experience running SEO as a commercial growth channel, with accountability for leads, opportunities, pipeline or revenue.\n\nStrong business judgment and ability to prioritize initiatives based on commercial return and strategic importance.\n\n2+ years managing SEO specialists or a dedicated SEO team.\n\nProven experience with international, multilingual and multi-market SEO.\n\nStrong hands-on expertise across keyword strategy, content, technical SEO, on-page optimization and conversion.\n\nDirect experience leading or playing a major role in at least one website redesign or SEO migration.\n\nPractical knowledge of AI search, LLM visibility and GEO.\n\nAdvanced working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent tools.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior marketing, sales and product leaders.\n\nFluent English and French;
