is looking for a Technical Project Manager to help coordinate delivery across our Infrastructure team and work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, CTO andother technical teams.\nYou will help bring structure and visibility to a growing portfolio of technical projects and initiatives: planning workload across Infrastructure teams, breaking down and tracking epics and tasks, managing dependencies, moderating and facilitating meetings, following up on actions, and making sure risks and delivery issues are escalated early.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organizing technical delivery, building processes and making sure things move forward.\nThe role\nOur Infrastructure team is a team of around 15 people (growing to 20+), maintaining all the perimeters of the company, working across multiple technical projects, customer deliveries and internal initiatives.\nAs the team and project portfolio have grown, we need a dedicated person to help structure the workload, consolidate delivery information and consistently keep track of dependencies, commitments and progress across the team.\nYou will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, CTO, Team Leads and other technical teams, helping establish the processes, reporting and visibility needed to manage delivery effectively.\nThe role combines technical project coordination, workload planning, delivery tracking, documentation and process improvement.\nWorkload planning and delivery tracking\nYou will:\nhelp plan and coordinate workload across Infrastructure teams\n\nbreak down EPICs into trackable tasks and help ensure clear ownership and follow-up\n\ntrack progress across ongoing projects and initiatives\n\nmaintain visibility on priorities, deadlines, dependencies and commitments\n\ncoordinate dependencies across teams and clarify ownership\n\nidentify and escalate risks, blockers and delivery gaps early\n\nfollow up on actions and make sure important work does not fall through the cracks\n\nprovide clear visibility on delivery status and progress to stakeholders\n\nhelp improving processes around delivery and request flows to ensure their efficiency\n\nmoderate and facilitate regular relevant meetings, making outcomes of them clear and trackable, properly plan next actions and track them to ensure efficient delivery\n\nmaintain documentation supporting the outlined perimeter of the role\n\nYou will help the technical leadership understand what is being worked on, what is coming next, where capacity is being used, what is blocked and where additional attention is needed.\nReporting, metrics and delivery visibility\nYou will own and maintain the operational reporting needed to understand the efficiency and quality of delivery.\nThis includes:\npreparing regular delivery reports and status updates\n\nmaintaining relevant delivery metrics and indicators\n\nconsolidating information across projects and teams\n\nhighlighting risks, delays, dependencies and areas requiring attention to stakeholders\n\nhelping the Head of Infrastructure, CTO and technical leads make decisions based on clear and structured information\n\nYou will continuously improve how this information is collected, structured and presented.\nMeetings and operational coordination\nYou will help make technical meetings more structured and effective.\nYou will:\nprepare agendas and collect the relevant information before meetings\n\nact as the operational coordinator during technical syncs\n\ntake structured notes and capture decisions, actions and ownership\n\nturn meeting discussions into clear tasks and follow-ups\n\nbring unresolved topics and actions into future agendas\n\nmake sure decisions and commitments are tracked and followed up after the meeting\n\nfacilitate discussions when needed and keep the focus on progress, blockers and next steps\n\nhelp planning team capacity, making sure commitments and planned work are objectively deliverable\n\nTechnical documentation\nYou will also contribute to keeping technical information structured and accessible.\nDepending on the project, this may include documentation:\nfor other internal technical teams\n\naround projects, processes, decisions and delivery status\n\npotentially for customers and external stakeholders where it facilitates objectives of the position\n\nYou do not need to be the person designing the technical solution, but you should be comfortable understanding technical discussions well enough to document them accurately and turn them into clear, actionable information.\nWho we are looking for\nWe are looking for someone with a technical background who enjoys working close to infrastructure and engineering teams and is interested in the operational side of technical delivery.\nYou may come from a software, infrastructure, IT or engineering environmentand have moved into project coordination, technical project management, delivery or operations.\nYour exact title matters less than your ability to understand how technical teams work and keep multiple workstreams moving.\nWe expect\nprevious experience working in a technical, engineering, infrastructure or IT environment\n\nexperience coordinating technical projects, initiatives or deliveries\n\nexperience planning and tracking work across multiple teams and workstreams\n\nunderstanding of EPICs, tasks, dependencies, priorities and delivery planning\n\nexperience tracking deadlines, ownership, actions and commitments\n\nability to identify and escalate risks, blockers and dependencies as early as possible\n\nstrong organizational, tracking and follow-up skills\n\nexperience building or improving project tracking, reporting or delivery processes\n\nability to prepare clear and structured reports, metrics and status updates\n\nstrong written communication and technical documentation skills\n\nconfidence communicating with technical teams and senior stakeholders\n\nprofessional fluency in English.
