The candidate must be organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented marketing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarketing and Content Creation:\nCreate clear, engaging content for social media posts, marketing campaigns, website pages, blogs, and email communication.\n\nDevelop and edit basic graphics, creatives, and visual assets using tools such as Canva or similar.\n\nSupport website updates by adding new content, coordinating with designers/developers, and ensuring accurate and SEO-friendly publishing.\n\nAssist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets aligned with the brand guidelines.\n\nCampaign & Social Media Management:\nPlan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.\n\nAssist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn ads, boosted posts, and basic paid promotions.\n\nTrack performance metrics for campaigns and social media activities, and document insights for optimisation.\n\nMaintain a structured posting workflow and ensure timely execution of planned activities.\n\nWork with the graphic design team to ensure all campaign visuals are brand-consistent and delivered on time.\n\nWebsite & Digital Operations:\nCoordinate website content updates, including service pages, banners, blog uploads, and product details.\n\nSupport basic SEO tasks such as keyword placement, on-page updates, and content optimisation.\n\nWork with internal or external teams to ensure website visuals and communication match brand standards.\n\nMaintain organised digital asset libraries, ensuring all marketing files are updated and properly archived.\n\nStrategic Marketing and Coordination:\nConduct basic market and competitor research to support campaign planning and content strategy.\n\nAssist in organising webinars, virtual events, and promotional programs.\n\nFollow standard operating procedures for all marketing tasks, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across communications and campaigns.\n\nRequirements\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience:\n2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (experience in IT, technology, or cloud services is an advantage).\nTechnical Skills:\nHands-on experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools.\n\nFamiliarity with social media platforms, ad managers (especially LinkedIn), and basic digital marketing tools.\n\nGood understanding of website content updates;
