Through theutilizationof Manufacturing Management Systems (MMS) practices and associated TRACC system, the role will deliver best in class performance in all aspects of Safety, Quality, Morale, Service, Cost, Asset Care and Engineering. This will include leadership of a support service for the operations team that achievesoptimumperformance and reliability of equipment while delivering within agreed budgets. The successful candidate will own and drive the development ofthe maintenancecompetence across the site.\nKey Outputs:\nLead group of Supervisors, Maintenanceplannersand engineering spares clerks across 24/7operation.\n\nLead planning team in the incorporation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), performance of tasks per the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) andfollowing ofgeneral housekeeping guidelines.\n\nIdentify, lead, support and implement site engineering projects\n\nBecome domain authority in Asset Care Planning related MMS topics to drive required change within planning organization while improving assetutilizationand plant performance\n\nBased on MMS concepts, develops action driven work streams through use of TRACCsystemto foster overall maintenance maturity levels to achieve extraordinary standards.\n\nBuilds the capability and engagement of Maintenance Plannersin order todeliver exceptional weekly plan for Maintenance Craft team execution\n\nSupport overall site and maintenance P&L initiatives through close collaboration with Asset Care Director on overall maintenance expenditures\n\nBuild machine hierarchy and BOM for new and existing equipment\n\nLiaison of maintenance planning group to other supported departments\n\nLead standing meetings including PDR as well as MMS workstream related improve sessions\n\nProvide information and reporting for weekly and periodic Maintenance Planning meetings.\n\nProvide priority and approvals for maintenance requests processed within the planning group.\n\nLead preparation of schedules, Gantt charts and management reports for shutdowns (major and minor) while presenting short to long range maintenance plans to partners.\n\nDevelop planner reference systems including a file of Planned Job Packages for recurring jobs, plus labor and material libraries for each equipment center.\n\nLead maintenance of crucial records and files and prepare and distributesaccurateand meaningful management reports and Maintenance critical metrics.\n\nProactively influences Capital Expenditure projects and budgets through collaboration with local engineering teams\n\nOptimizeprocess flow through engineering spares including purchasing, purchase order maintenance,receivingand material kitting\n\nDevelop and improve processes related but not limitedto;\n\nOptimized inventory levels and service including required cycle counts.\n\nAssure that planned work has parts available and kitted before work starts.\n\nMinimize stock-outs for emergency work and haveexpeditingcapacity.\n\nAssureaccuratestock keeping records andappropriate controlson parts based on valuation.\n\nImprove the reliability contribution of stocked parts and consumables.\n\nControl costs through planned inventory and elimination of obsolete stock.\n\nSupervise parts crib part inventory in an SAP environment including managing and tracking of critical spares, engineering spares inventory accuracy, and returns\n\nLead projects to improve part crib operations\n\nTrack maintenance work orders to supply needed parts\n\nLead kitting area and stores though best in class techniques, methodologies, as well as 5S standards\n\nQualifications and Experience Required:\nBA/BS in Management, or Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience infast pacecanning / bottling plant;\n\nConsistent record of developing a team of Managers\n\nKnowledge of SAP, Planned Maintenance, Environmental and Quality Systems\n\nStrong analytical and budgeting skills\n\nLEAN, Six Sigma TPM, MMS, and/or Manufacturing Excellence experience\n\nExcellent organization skills along with the ability to handle multiple priorities, prioritize effectively, and manage time.\n\nMMS and TRACC system experience\n\nThorough working knowledge and provenexpertisein all areas ofhigh speedcanning / bottling activities, including machine operations, machine changeovers, start-up, shut-down, package quality, OSHA standards, and BATF compliance.\n\nFlexibility is key to our success.
