The role focuses on higher-value advisory and enablement activity; repeatable cyclical administration, including administrative support for the Annual Reward Cycle, is delivered by GBO, GRO, automation or self-service wherever possible.\nKey Accountabilities\nProvide expert guidance on Reward policies, frameworks, governance requirements and decision principles. \nSupport HR teams and leaders in applying Reward principles and making informed, consistent Reward decisions. \nAnalyse Reward trends, service data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and emerging risks. \nDevelop and maintain knowledge assets, guidance materials, playbooks and self-service tools that enable global standardisation. \nSupport implementation of Reward transformation initiatives, continuous improvement and manager capability building.\nKey Competencies\nReward expertise and enablement \nCustomer and stakeholder focus \nContinuous improvement\nQualifications and Experience Required\nStrong technical reward experience with understanding of reward frameworks and annual cycles; service delivery and enablement mentality; relationship building with stakeholders in multiple locations, analytical and problem-solving capability; ability to improve self-service and standardised ways of working.\nAbout the Function:\nOur Human Resources (HR) team bring brilliant people together to help us continue building iconic brands.
