You’ll have the opportunity to grow your network, develop your skills and see the direct impact of your work every day.\nAbout the role:\nAssistant Manager - Sales Capability (L6A)\nDepartment: Sales Excellence / Sales Capability\nLocation: Bengaluru, India\nReports To: General Manager - Sales Effectiveness\nRole Purpose: Support execution of Sales Capability programmes through governance, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\n· Coordinate Sales Capability programmes and governance routines.\n· Maintain programme plans, trackers, meeting logs and documentation.\n· Prepare status reports and stakeholder communications.\n· Track milestones, risks, dependencies and action closure.\n· Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders.\n· Support programme implementation, adoption tracking and documentation.\nQualifications\n· Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management or related discipline.\n· Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.\n· Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder coordination.\nExperience\n· 2-4 years in programme coordination, sales operations, capability support, commercial operations or training coordination.\nSuccess Measures\n· On-time programme execution.\n· Accurate governance reporting.\n· High stakeholder satisfaction.\n· Timely closure of actions and risks.\nWorking with us\n\nFlexibility is key to our success.
