They work closely with teams across the business, bringing insight, care and commercial understanding to everything they do.\nYou’ll help create an environment where different perspectives are valued and where people can learn new skills and thrive, unlocking potential across a truly global organisation.\nAbout the role:\nLocation: Nashik, Maharashtra / Function: HR\nReports to: Senior Manager - Unit HR\nRole Purpose:\nManage key IR/ER, statutory compliance, employee welfare, training and engagement activities while partnering with the business to maintain a positive and productive employee environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage Industrial Relations & Employee Relations, including union engagement, grievances, disciplinary cases and workmen issues.\nEnsure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, registers, returns, audits and inspections.\nShould be qualified/eligible for Welfare Officer role as per applicable Maharashtra factory requirements.\nDrive employee welfare activities and act as an interface between employees, union and management.\nPlan and execute the annual Training & Development calendar, including compliance and capability-building programs.\nPlan and execute the annual Employee Engagement calendar and employee connect initiatives.\nManage contract workforce compliance, attendance, manpower and related HR processes.\nPrepare HR/IR dashboards and support manpower productivity and workforce optimization initiatives.\nSupport Labour Department interactions, inspections and labour-related cases.\nLanguage Skills - Mandatory\nMarathi - Fluent\nHindi - Fluent\nEnglish - Good communication skills\nKey Competencies\nIR & Union Management / Labour Law Compliance / Employee Relations / Employee Welfare / Training & Development / Employee Engagement / Stakeholder Management / Communication & Negotiation\nQualification & Experience\nGraduate/Postgraduate in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Welfare, IR or equivalent.\n6-10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/unionized factory environment.\nStrong knowledge of IR, ER, labour laws and statutory compliance.\nPrior experience in Welfare Officer responsibilities preferred.\nWorking with us\nFlexibility is key to our success.
