From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.\nExperience: 4-7 yrs, in Food technology/chemical engineering from FMCG & Beverage\nQualification:\nBSc/MSc Food Tech, Biochemistry, Chemistry\nBE/ B.Tech M.Tech- Food Tech\nKey Responsibilities\nA. Regional Quality Governance\nSupport implementation and governance of Quality and Food Safety standards across assigned manufacturing sites.\nMonitor and review site Quality performance against defined regional KPIs, standards, and objectives.\nSupport periodic Quality performance reviews with Unit Quality and manufacturing leadership teams.\nSupport deployment of Regional and Corporate Quality initiatives at site level.\nB. Quality Performance & Data Analytics\nAnalyse regional Quality data, consumer complaints, deviations, audit findings, process performance, and Quality KPIs.\nDevelop and maintain appropriate dashboards, reports, and management summaries for Regional Quality reviews.\nUse data and trend analysis to identify emerging risks and prioritise improvement opportunities.\nTrack Quality improvement plans and evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of actions.\nC. Problem Solving, RCA & CAPA\nSupport and lead investigations of significant or recurring Quality issues across manufacturing sites.\nFacilitate structured problem-solving using appropriate tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, DMAIC, Pareto, and CAPA.\nReview CAPA effectiveness and challenge inadequate or ineffective actions.\nIdentify opportunities to replicate successful corrective actions across other sites.\nD. Quality Systems, Food Safety & Compliance\nSupport implementation, maintenance, and improvement of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.\nProvide guidance to Unit Quality teams on Quality standards, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system expectations.\nSupport internal, external, certification, customer, and corporate Quality audits.\nMonitor audit findings, action plans, closure, and effectiveness.\nSupport Management of Change, risk assessment, deviation management, and Quality incident processes.\nIdentify systemic compliance gaps and drive regional improvement actions.\nE. Site Support & Quality Improvement\nConduct periodic Quality assessments and site visits to evaluate Quality system effectiveness and implementation.\nSupport sites in improving Quality maturity and capability.\nF. Consumer & Market Quality\nSupport investigation and resolution of significant market and consumer Quality complaints.\nAnalyse market/retail Quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential systemic risks.\nEnsure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented for market Quality issues.\nWorking with us\nFlexibility is key to our success.
