You’ll have the opportunity to grow your network, develop your skills and see the direct impact of your work every day.\nPurpose of Role:\nTo support Divisional Sales Managers and field sales team in the execution of the O&R and other business partners to account for delivery of their planned commitments.\nTo work with the Commercial performance team to find opportunities that drive value for the business. Turns identified business insights into action and facilitates the right process, including engagement of others to deliver or beat the plan.\nCollaborate with commercial field sales, finance, logistics and Supply to ensure daily and monthly shipment revenues are met.\nRole Dimensions\nLeadership Responsibilities\nThis is an implementation role with responsibility over collaborating with both back office and field commercial teams across EABL Uganda, in implementing the Divisional Annual Operating Plan (AOP - Volume, NSV, GM & Operating profit and Commercial Strategic Agenda.\nTop Accountabilities\nRobust Performance Management and Insights\nTargeted performance tracking, analysis, standardized quality meetings, with clear input & output. Depletion & drivers of depletion.\nOffer appropriate coaching & calls are well implemented.\nSupervise actual sales performance vs forecast, provide analysis & recommendations for remedial action/s\nExcellence in Execution\nEnsure optimal inventory levels throughout the supply chain to optimize use of working capital, reduce cost & improve efficiency\nEnsure sales force productivity is maximised through effectively managed retail call activities\nEnsure effective use of pop materials is regularly audited\nGovernance & Risks Controls\nEnsure effective stock take & sit reconciliation to ensure no exposure to UBL (Triangulations)\nEnsure that distributors are optimally using the DMS tool effectively & efficiently.\nEnsure master data stability & ensure data integrity across the division.\nKeep oversight of overall records management within the agreed levels\nExperience, Qualifications and Skills required:\nBusiness Degree level with strong academic record\nStrong understanding data analytics, field sales, and Sales Operations experience.\n1 -2 years FMCG experience(sales operations/management and business analytics)\nGood relationship management and interpersonal skills\nExcellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills.\nPresentation, report writing and research skills.\nMulti-layered and creative with an ability to work on own initiative as well as be a team player.\nWorking with us\nFlexibility is key to our success.
