From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.\nPurpose of the role\nAct as the central coordinator for the Malt Distilling Recurring Works programme, ensuring alignment between Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Governance and external contractors.\n\nLead the annual tendering, contract award and mobilisation of Recurring Works services, delivering compliant and value-driven maintenance solutions.\n\nMaintain SAP PM / S/4HANA maintenance plans, programme data and reporting to support effective service delivery across Malt Distilling.\n\nManage contractor inspection reporting, ensuring remedial actions are identified, visible and progressed through SAP.\n\nDrive continuous improvement, programme standardisation and cost-effective delivery across the Recurring Works portfolio.\n\nEnsure Recurring Works contractors are effectively onboarded and supported throughout the contract lifecycle.\n\nDevelop collaborative relationships that enable successful delivery of the Recurring Works programme.\n\nProvide programme support and escalation management to maintain continuity of Recurring Works services.\n\nKey Accountabilities\nProgramme Coordination\nCoordinate the annual Malt Distilling Recurring Works programme, ensuring services remain aligned with operational, compliance and business requirements.\n\nLead annual tendering, contract award and supplier mobilisation.\n\nSupport programme delivery through effective stakeholder coordination.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve service delivery, programme performance and cost optimisation.\n\nSAP & Programme Data\nMaintain SAP PM / S/4HANA maintenance plans and Recurring Works master data.\n\nEnsure programme data remains accurate, aligned and supports effective maintenance planning.\n\nProvide SAP guidance and technical support for Recurring Works processes.\n\nInspection & Remedial Management\nManage the collection and review of contractor inspection and service reports.\n\nIdentify remedial maintenance requirements from completed inspections.\n\nCreate or coordinate follow-on Work Orders (ZPMRs) where required.\n\nPublish weekly SAP summaries of outstanding remedial actions by site, improving visibility and supporting maintenance planning.\n\nFinancial & Performance Management\nManage Purchase Orders, invoice approvals and financial controls to support effective programme delivery.\n\nProduce KPI reporting and programme performance metrics.\n\nMaintain programme records and support budget management.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive process standardisation and SAP data quality improvements.\n\nSupport automation and digital improvement initiatives.\n\nPromote best practice across the Recurring Works programme.\n\nExperience required\nEssential\nStrong planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving ability.\n\nExperience using SAP PM / S/4HANA.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience managing contractors and external suppliers.\n\nAbility to influence across multiple business functions.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and data accuracy.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.\n\nContinuous Improvement mindset.\n\nDesirable\nEngineering or Asset Care background.\n\nContract tendering and supplier management experience.\n\nKnowledge of statutory inspection and legislative compliance.\n\nSAP master data management experience.\n\nExperience using Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps.\n\nProject or change management experience.\n\nUnderstanding of Manufacturing Excellence and Asset Care principles.\n\nWorking with Us\nFlexibility is key to our success.
