From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.\nAbout the role:\nRegional Demand Planner is a key managerial position responsible for S&OP function within the region. Regional Demand Planner collaborates closely with Supply & Commercial function for the region. Role plays an essential role in the supply chain function by using analytical, marketing, and sales data of a company to effectively estimating future product demands and drive the demand planning process.\nS/he will also play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of supply chain processes, leveraging existing and new platforms and tools to enhance planning capabilities for effective response to dynamic market environment\nKRAs:\nManage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with regions by balancing supply and demand\nWork closely with region commercial team to provide accurate forecasts.\nCreate seamless flow of demand plan & deliver high level of customer service\nBe an important stakeholder for commercial leaders to help delivering business growth while optimizing supply chain.\nKPIs:\nForecast Accuracy\nNew product launches, tramlining, imports etc. Timely forecast closures in F1-F5 S&OP cycle\nOut Of Stock control\nCross-functional alignment for Consensus building in S&OP meetings\nReconciliation of forecast vs. actuals & measurement (FA, Bias) Exception management (spikes/dips) in the month\nSystem Adherence and Change Management\nEnd-to-end ownership of demand plan\nMentoring junior planners or analysts O9 Adherence\nDiversity statement:\nOur purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
