The role focuses on strengthening the organization's OT security posture by managing security technologies, coordinating incident response, driving governance, collaborating with manufacturing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nOT Security Operations\nManage day-to-day OT security operations across manufacturing facilities.\nMonitor, assess, and coordinate response to OT security events in collaboration with the BAU Security Operations team.\nEnsure timely investigation, containment, and remediation of OT security incidents.\nDrive continuous improvement of OT cybersecurity processes and operational effectiveness.\nSecurity Platform Management\nAdminister and optimize the following OT security platforms:Claroty xDome\nClaroty Secure Remote Access (SRA)\nCylance Protect Antivirus (AV)\n\nMonitor platform health, performance, and coverage.\nImplement new features, policy updates, and security enhancements.\nRisk Management & Reporting\nPerform periodic OT security risk assessments across manufacturing environments.\nPrepare and present:Monthly OT Security Dashboard\nRisk Assessment Reports\nRisk Scorecards\nExecutive Management and CISO reports\n\nTrack remediation activities and risk reduction initiatives.\nGovernance & Vendor Management\nManage relationships with security vendors, technology partners, and OEMs.\nConduct regular governance meetings with vendors to review:Product roadmap\nOpen technical issues\nSecurity advisories\nService performance\n\nParticipate in Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with product OEMs.\nStakeholder Management\nMaintain regular engagement with:Manufacturing Unit Heads\nPlant Security Leads\nOT Engineering Teams\nIT Security Teams\n\nAct as the primary OT Security contact for manufacturing sites.\nDrive alignment between business objectives and OT cybersecurity initiatives.\nBusiness Continuity & Cyber Resilience\nLead OT Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives.\nPlan, execute, and improve OT Cyber Resilience drills.\nValidate incident recovery procedures and disaster recovery readiness.\nRed Team & Security Assessments\nParticipate in Red Team and Purple Team exercises involving OT environments.\nCoordinate remediation of identified vulnerabilities.\nSupport penetration testing and security validation activities.\nBudget & Strategic Planning\nParticipate in annual cybersecurity budgeting exercises.\nProvide recommendations on:Security technology investments\nLicense renewals\nCapacity planning\nSecurity improvement initiatives\n\nSupport long-term OT cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.\nCompliance & Standards\nEnsure alignment with applicable OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks.\nSupport implementation of NIS2 requirements and OT-specific security benchmarks.\nDrive continuous compliance improvements and audit readiness.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with:Claroty xDome\nClaroty Secure Remote Access (SRA)\nCylance Protect AV\n\nStrong knowledge of OT/ICS cybersecurity technologies and architectures.\nExperience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, PLC, DCS, and manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of OT network segmentation, asset visibility, threat detection, and remote access security.\nExperience in OT incident response and threat analysis.\nUnderstanding of vulnerability management in OT environments.\nFamiliarity with OT cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), NIST SP 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443, and NIS2 Directive.\nRequired Experience\n8-12+ years of overall cybersecurity experience.\nMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Operational Technology (OT) Security.\nExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive leadership.\nProven experience managing enterprise OT security platforms.\nPreferred Certifications\nOne or more of the following certifications are preferred:\nGlobal Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)\nISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certification\nGIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID)\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)\nCertified Information Security Manager (CISM)\nClaroty Certified Professional (preferred)\nAny recognized OT Security Certification\nKey Competencies\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management
