(Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Technology/Biotechnology) or BE/BTech- Food Tech/Chemical Engineering.\n6-10 years of experience in distillery, brewery or beverage manufacturing quality.\nKnowledge of SAP/LIMS, laboratory systems, HACCP, ISO/FSSC 22000 and statistical quality tools.\nAbout the role:\nQuality Governance & Compliance\nLead and sustain the Unit Quality & Food Safety Management System in line with organizational, regulatory and statutory requirements. \nEnsure effective quality controls for RM/PM, liquid, in-process and finished goods, including end-of-line inspection and product release. \nLead internal audits, MRM and ensure readiness for external, certification and regulatory audits. \nGovern QC holds, deviations, rework and disposition of non-conforming materials/products. \nEnsure timely investigation and closure of consumer/customer complaints and escalation of significant quality risks. \nEnsure accurate Quality MIS/KPI reporting and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver production without compromising Quality or Food Safety.\nPeople, Capability & Quality Culture\nContinuous Improvement\nLead structured RCPS/RCA for quality incidents, complaints, deviations and recurring defects. \nEnsure robust CAPAs are implemented with process owners and verified for effectiveness. \nAnalyse Quality KPIs and trends to identify systemic issues and improvement opportunities. \nDrive reduction in defects, complaints, rejection, rework and Cost of Poor Quality. \nDrive Right-First-Time and process capability improvements jointly with Operations and Engineering. \nEnsure Quality risk assessment and validation for new products, packs, materials, equipment and process changes\nWorking with us\nFlexibility is key to our success.
