It is an 18 Acre site with 2 Bottling, 2 Canning lines and 1 Kegging production line.\nOur team has an outstanding passion for what they do, and, due to growth, we are looking for a number of driven and diligent individuals to bring their own unique contributions to the team.\nAs Production Operator within our packaging team in Runcorn, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that operations are carried out to the highest standard and in adherence to Diageo's health and safety, environmental and food safety standards,\nKey responsibilities:\nPerforming operational tasks, support continuous improvement, and apply autonomous maintenance and quality skills. \nOperating canning line machinery following standard operating procedures. \nReduce setup times and perform autonomous maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, inspecting, lubricating, and resolving issues. \nConducting effective shift handovers. \nWhat you’ll bring\nTo be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who demonstrates the following:\nCan work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems. \nHolds strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to communicate with all levels across the site. \nHas ambition and aim to support Team Leaders and possibly aspire to become a Team Leader of the future. \nAble to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities.
