From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.\nAbout this role\nThis role has responsibility of implementing an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001: 2018), Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000: 2018), Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2015), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001: 2015) and according to Diageo Standards.\nYou will be responsible for:\nMaintenance compliance achieved according to approved maintenance plans (ZPMM, ZPMS, ZPMR).\nProduction, utility, and facility equipment included OT availability meets business targets.\nReduction in unplanned equipment downtime.\nUtility systems consistently meet production demand and service requirements.\nMaintenance planning and scheduling KPIs achieved.\nMaintenance costs controlled within approved budget.\nMMS Asset Care deployment effectively implemented.\nContinuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives successfully delivered.\nTechnicians effectively developed and managed.\nThe required qualifications for this role are:\nStrong leadership capabilities as per DIAGEO Leadership standard.\nKnowledge and experience in Machinery Mechanical, Electrical Instrument parts, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn.\nInstrumentation, Process Control and Utility/Facility Systems Management\nResponds to change in a positive and flexible manner\nAbility to work in a team and be an effective team member, good communication skills\nHas strength of character to challenge poor team behaviours and non-adherence to standards.\nReliability and Maintenance Engineering\nEngineering Vocational School, Diploma Or Experience qualified, preferably engineering (Mechanical Engineer, Instrument/Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineer), Strong analytical and problem solving skills\nComputer literate.\nHave experience to use SAP system.\nLean Manufacturing / TPM and Energy Management\nExperience managing utilities and facility maintenance activities\nExperience implementing Asset Care, TPM, or MMS programs.\nHave experience work in Mechanical, Electrical/Instrument minimal 5 years\nAble to lead or work effectively in cross functional teams\nAble to work within different cultures, religions and languages\nWorking with Us\nFlexibility is key to success.
