From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.\n About the role:\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join the Science & Technology (S&T) team. This role will be responsible for leading and supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across the S&T function, while also chipping in to strategic Science Futures initiatives and the delivery of the function's digital transformation agenda.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and budgets. This is an exciting opportunity to influence key strategic programmes and help shape the future direction of Science & Technology.\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead and manage a portfolio of projects across the Science & Technology function from initiation through to completion.\nDevelop robust project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.\nStakeholder engagement - Monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to leadership teams and key stakeholders.\nEnsure effective governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles.\nDrive project execution while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and business outcomes.\nBuild effective relationships with stakeholders across Science & Technology, Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, Research & Development, and other business functions.\nSupport the planning, coordination, and delivery of Science Futures projects and critical initiatives.\nSupport the implementation of the Science & Technology digital strategy. Partner with digital, technology, and business teams to deliver digital solutions and process improvements.\nKey Accountabilities:\nDemonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex projects and programmes.\nStrong project management expertise, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.\nExperience working in cross-functional environments.\nStrong communication, influencing, and organisational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.\nKey Competencies:\nProactive and self-motivated with a strong delivery attitude.\nCollaborative great teammate capable of influencing across different functions and levels.\nAdaptable and comfortable working through ambiguity and change.\nStrategic problem solver with strong attention to detail.\nQualifications and Experience Required:\n Qualification in Project Management, Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.\nScientific or technical background, while not essential, would be advantageous.\nProfessional project management certification, while not essential, would be desirable.\nExperience supporting digital transformation, technology deployment, or business process improvement initiatives.\nCross-functional experience across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or technology functions.\nExperience / skills required:\nWorking with us\nFlexibility is key to our success.
