Routine administration and transaction processing should be delivered through GBO, vendors, automation or self-service wherever possible.\nLead UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to-end processes.\nDrive simplification, standardisation and automation of share plan processes and controls including leading UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to end processes.\n\nLead share plan, projects, system enhancements and transformation initiatives from design through adoption.\n\nImprove participant experience by redesigning processes, guidance and service touchpoints.\n\nPartner with vendors, GBO/the Reward Hub teams, and internal teams to optimise delivery,reduce manual work and lead share plan communications to improve participant engagement and understanding.\n\nMeasure efficiency improvements, adoption outcomes and operational benefits from process changes.\n\nWhat you will bring\nExperience leading projects or process improvement programmes\n\nKnowledge of global employee share plans including approved UK and Irish plans or regulated reward environments;\n\nStrong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills\n\nExperience with automation or operational excellence methodologies\n\nExperience of employee communications\n\nUnderstanding of share plan legislation, global taxation frameworks and regulatory requirements\n\nExperience managing complex share plan events such as grants, vestings, exercises and participant reporting\n\nBenefits\nUnique Family Leave opportunity\n\nWe work without border - you will work with people from all over the world\n\nYou will deal with world class brand portfolio\n\nWide variety of thematic events, afterwork activities organized by employee communities\n\nProduct Allowance to purchase company products from the staff shop\n\nWe won the Fittest Workplace Award, of course we have a Gym\n\nUrban legend is true, we do have a Rooftop Bar\n\nFlexibility\nThis is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time and compressed hours.
