You will be responsible for resolving complex accounting and reporting issues, managing significant audit interactions, and providing guidance to Analysts and Senior Analysts.\nYou will be accountable for the operational performance, quality, and timely delivery of statutory reporting activities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and driving continuous improvement across the reporting process.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading statutory reporting activities across the assigned portfolio.\nManaging relationships with key stakeholders.\nEnsuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements.\nLeading external auditor interactions.\nDriving process improvements and standardization.\nAbout You\nDegree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field\n6-7 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including leadership experience\nExperience working in an international and multicultural environment\nStrong understanding of risk management, including internal controls, managing risk, and embedding compliance and ethics\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to understand the bigger picture, communicate key messages, and propose solutions to complex issues\nProficient written and spoken English.\nKnowledge of French is an advantage.\nFlexible Working Statement\nFlexibility is key to our success.
