With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships.\nIt’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.\nAbout the role\nAs a Packaging Team Leader, you’ll take responsibility for line performance, safety and team engagement on shift. Spending most of your time on the shop floor, you’ll lead day-to-day operations in a 24/7 operational environment, ensuring high-quality products are delivered safely and in line with plan. You’ll use your understanding of demand and operational priorities to make informed decisions that keep the line running effectively.\nRole Responsibilities:\nKey responsibilities include interpreting production schedules and effectively deploying people, plant and materials to achieve targets. You’ll lead site briefings, start-of-shift meetings and regular performance reviews, encouraging open participation and constructive feedback from team members and support functions.\nYou’ll also have opportunities to further develop your leadership capability within a global supply organisation committed to continuous learning and growth.\nTo be successful, you will:\nBring operational leadership experience within a manufacturing or production setting\nDemonstrate a genuine passion for developing and supporting others\nHave knowledge of continuous improvement and lean principles\nBe comfortable leading change and bringing people with you\nExperience/skills required: (TE)\nExperienced in leading and managing teams\nGood understanding of ERP systems (SAP)\nKnowledge of lean and continuous improvement processes, PDCA, Autonomous Maintenance, Root cause problem solving\nExperience within FMCG environments (not a ESSENTIAL)\nWorking with Us\nFlexibility is key to our success.
