From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love.\nAbout the role\nTo ensure the delivery of efficient and effective maintenance, repair, problem solving and improvement of assets and their availability.\nThe sites operate on a 24/7 basis and part of the jobholder’s duties will be to provide 24 hour on call emergency breakdown cover as part of a pre-defined rota.\nClearly communicate with appropriate site personnel and plan work to ensure all plant maintenance schedules and any faults reported via the SAP planned maintenance system are completed or repaired to meet the needs of planned production operations.\nEnsure all such activities are aligned with the relevant statutory and company health and safety requirements.\nRespond promptly and appropriately to plant breakdown situations, analyse, fault find and repair route cause problems to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.\nDevelop and implement maintenance programmes that support and improve asset performance and utilisation.\nAccurately record and promptly report the outcome of maintenance problems, via the SAP maintenance system, to facilitate the sharing of standard process.\nExperience/skills required: (TE)\nWorking with Us\nFlexibility is key to our success.
