This position is part of a small and dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact technical decisions and direction.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop Backend Tooling and Services in Rust\nWork closely with the Yielding team to develop strategies\nBuild connectors to Smart Contract systems\nSupport the team with insights and best practices\nKey Requirements:\nSoftware development experience, including in Rust\nExperience in the Ethereum ecosystem\nExperience with Solana VM and Rust-based smart contracts is a plus\nFamiliarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (ethers, alloy, foundry)\nEntrepreneurial mindset - independent, flexible, and self-directed.\nSelf-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented;
