We produce outlier results through diversified investment strategies across the decentralized finance ecosystem.\nJob Summary:\n We are looking for an AI-native Cross-Domain Developer to join our team full-time and support development across the blockchain stack and internal tooling. This position offers an exciting role as part of a small and dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact technical decisions and direction while leveraging modern AI tooling to ship faster and smarter.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain backend tooling and services in Rust, React, Python and TypeScript, leveraging AI coding agents and copilots throughout the development workflow.\nWork closely with the CTO and Development teams to align on product specs and deployment.\nBuild and maintain internal tooling utilized by the the whole team to streamline business process and improve operational efficiency.\nWork closely with different departments to receive and understand requirement and design and develop solutions.\nParticipate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for on-chain protocols and off-chain infrastructure.\nWork closely with the broader engineering and investment teams to automate internal processes and support capital deployment decisions with on-chain data and insights.\nKey Requirements:\n3 years professional software development experience.\nAI-native: deep fluency with modern AI tools (LLMs, coding agents, copilots) as a core, daily part of how you build, debug, research, and learn.\nFamiliarity with Agentic system, workflow design, harness integration and agentic engineering.\nExperience with DeFi protocol design, cross-chain/intents systems, or solver development is a strong plus.\nEntrepreneurial mindset: independent, self-motivated, and driven -
