Working closely with the product management, market and sales teams, this role will turn product and market information into accurate analysis, coordinated launch and lifecycle activities, effective sales tools, and reliable customer-facing content. The ideal candidate is analytical, technically curious, highly organized, and eager to build broad product management experience in a global industrial business.\nJob Responsibilities\nProduct Data & Portfolio Analysis\nMaintain accurate product, market, and competitive information, including product comparisons, feature data, and competitive product databases.\nPrepare reports and presentations that help the product team monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions.\nSupport business cases, demand forecasts, market sizing, and financial analysis, and help maintain consistent product information across internal systems and customer-facing collateral.\nAnalyze product sales, mix, SKU activity, quote trends, and customer feedback to identify key trends and opportunities for action.\nProduct Lifecycle & Launch Execution\nSupport the development and documentation of product requirements, specifications, target costs, and launch-readiness criteria.\nSupport product lifecycle management activities such as SKU rationalization, product-line simplification, product substitutions, change notifications, and end-of-life communication.\nTrack applicable certifications and regulatory requirements, including UL, CE, DLC, IEC, and hazardous-location standards. Support compliance team in product certification updates.\nSupport product management deliverables, action items, and timelines for new product launches, product changes, cost-reduction initiatives, and discontinuations.\nProduct Content & Commercial Enablement\nDevelop, update, and coordinate product content, including datasheets, brochures, website information, labels, installation manuals, sales presentations, and training materials.\nPartner with engineering, quality, regulatory, and marketing teams to validate technical accuracy, consistency, and commercial readiness of product information.\nCreate sales enablement tools such as product comparisons, selection guides, frequently asked questions, application summaries, and competitive battlecards.\nRespond to routine product inquiries and assist with training, customer presentations, samples, trade shows, and escalation of complex technical or commercial issues.\nVoice of the Customer & Cross-Functional Support\nMonitor competitor activity, industry trends, customer requirements, and regulatory developments, and summarize relevant implications for the product team.\nDocument customer and market insights in a consistent format so they can be evaluated and translated into product requirements and portfolio priorities.\nCoordinate assigned product workstreams and communicate status, risks, decisions, and next steps while helping improve product information, reporting, and team workflows.\nWork with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to track open items, resolve information gaps, and keep activities moving to completion.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Product Development, or a related field is required.\n2+ years of relevant experience in product management, product marketing, engineering, technical sales or support, data analysis, or industrial manufacturing;
