Platform Operations & Service Assurance:\nLead the operation and maintenance of enterprise and fixed data core platforms, including broadband, Wi-Fi, authentication, DNS, DHCP, SD-WAN, network security, and related systems.\nEnsure high availability, performance, and service quality across critical network services.\nDrive fault detection, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service restoration activities.\nImplement proactive monitoring, predictive maintenance, and performance optimization initiatives.\nDevOps & Automation:\nDesign and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.\nDevelop tools and scripts using Python, PHP, JavaScript, Bash, or similar technologies.\nSupport infrastructure automation, system integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nEnhance monitoring, analytics, and operational workflows through automation and DevOps best practices.\nPlatform Engineering & Service Delivery:\nEvaluate technical requirements and support solution design for enterprise customers.\nPrototype, test, and launch new services, products, and technology solutions.\nManage enterprise service management, customer provisioning, and operational support platforms.\nMaintain and enhance device management platforms based on TR-069 and related technologies.\nSupport onboarding and lifecycle management of broadband and wireless access devices, including LTE, 5G, and Fixed Wireless Access solutions.\nTechnology Innovation & Vendor Management:\nEvaluate software releases, platform upgrades, and emerging technologies.\nLead implementation, testing, deployment, and migration activities.\nWork closely with vendors and technology partners to troubleshoot issues and introduce new capabilities.\nContribute to technology roadmap initiatives and operational transformation projects.\nResilience & Security:\nMaintain disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities across platforms.\nEnsure compliance
