If you’re ready to lead impactful projects, influence meaningful design decisions, and help shape the next generation of engineers, join us!\nHow you'll make a difference:\nActing as a design engineer and project manager on a variety of building projects of various sizes and complexity\nFollowing through all phases of projects from concept design through construction\nWorking closely with our integrated team of architects, interior designers, landscape architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, as well as other partner firms\nEngaging with clients to explain proposals, and present engineering reports and findings\nWorking with DIALOG’s specifications team to produce construction specifications\nWorking with DIALOG’s structural technologists to prepare structural drawing packages\nEvaluating construction tenders\nBuilding relationships of trust with clients and other outside agencies\nRecruiting, mentoring and enabling the next generation of structural engineers. Coaching and reviewing the work of more junior team members\nManaging projects while working with limited supervision and participating in project planning\nProviding leadership for structural Contract Administration project activities.
