This position will focus on owning much of our monthly reporting package and process, which will include compiling and analyzing financial data into digestible reports and strategic insights for senior management and our shareholders.\nEssential Functions:\nCompile and analyze financial data from multiple internal departments, including accounting and lease administration.\nPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other analytical summaries used by senior leadership.\nIdentify and investigate data discrepancies, variances, and trends to support informed decision-making.\nAssist in the preparation of quarterly Board presentation materials and other high-visibility financial deliverables.\nParticipate in ad hoc financial projects to support strategic planning, operational improvements, and reporting enhancements.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nEmployees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.\nRequirements\nRequired skills and qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting functions.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail.\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.\nPreferred skills and qualifications:\nExperience working in financial reporting or corporate finance within a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.\nFamiliarity with financial modeling, data visualization, or ERP/reporting systems.\nDemonstrated ability to summarize complex financial information for executive-level audiences.\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer:\nTargeted Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000\nThis compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
