Duties\n Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and staff using CCTV systems and manual checks\n Conduct surveillance activities with CCTV cameras to monitor premises continuously for suspicious activity or security breaches\n Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary\n Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally\n Perform regular patrols of the facility to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities\n Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and access records to ensure accurate documentation\n Requirements\nQualifications\n Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, visitors, and team members\n Knowledge of receptionist duties and professional phone etiquette\n Competent in computer literacy, with proficiency in basic office software applications\n Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management\n Experience in property management or a similar role is an asset\n At least 2 years of concierge and security experience\n Holds a valid security licence\n Eligible to work in Canada\n Available to work overnight and weekend shifts when required\n Benefits\nDiamond
