Job description: Job Overview This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Concierge based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. Meets and greets residents; checks guests and service providers in/out. Able to understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitors and operates electronic security control systems; and accurately maintains daily logs, records and forms. Duties Manage access control by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and staff using CCTV systems and manual checks Conduct surveillance activities with CCTV cameras to monitor premises continuously for suspicious activity or security breaches Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary Implement conflict management strategies to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Perform regular patrols of the facility to identify potential hazards or security vulnerabilities Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and access records to ensure accurate documentation Requirements Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to
