Summary:\nDice Group, a leading garment manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with international buyers’ requirements, social compliance standards, labor regulations, and workplace policies across its garment manufacturing facilities.\nThe ideal candidate should have solid experience in garment manufacturing and a strong understanding of international buyers’ compliance requirements and factory audit processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage social compliance activities across garment factories to ensure compliance with international buyers’ requirements.\nEnsure factory compliance with international standards, including SEDEX, SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, and SLCP.\nPlan, coordinate, and follow up on customer audits, social audits, and third-party inspections.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, working hours, wages, overtime, employee records, and workplace conditions.\nMonitor factory compliance with health and safety requirements, fire safety, emergency procedures, and employee welfare standards.\nConduct regular internal compliance inspections across production areas, warehouses, and employee facilities.\nIdentify compliance gaps and develop corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA).\nFollow up on audit findings and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.\nWork closely with HR, Personnel, Production, Quality, and factory management to maintain compliance standards.\nMaintain compliance documentation, policies, procedures, and records required for customer audits.\nTrain factory teams and department heads on social compliance requirements and audit readiness.\nMonitor compliance performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.\nStay updated on international buyers’ codes of conduct and changes in compliance standards.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.\n5+ years of experience in Social Compliance, preferably within the garment or textile manufacturing industry.\nStrong knowledge of garment factory operations and international buyers’ requirements.\nPractical experience with SEDEX, SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, and SLCP audits.\nGood understanding of labor laws, working hours, wages, overtime, and employee welfare requirements.\nProven experience handling factory audits, corrective action plans, and compliance documentation.\nStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nGood command of
