We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.\nIf you are ready to make a difference as part of the world’s greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!\nOVERVIEW:\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nPlease note that this is a full time role with the available shifts listed below:\nTuesday-Saturday 7:00 am-3:00pm \nFriday-Tuesday 7:00 am-3:00pm\nSunday-Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm\nSecurity and Shuttle Operations\nMaintain integrated security and shuttle operations by executing end-to-end airport shuttle services-including scheduling, vehicle readiness, maintenance coordination, and 24/7 coverage-alongside comprehensive corporate facility security programs. \nAdminister access control and visitor management processes, including badge governance (issuance, temporary access, deactivation), contractor/visitor oversight, and securing facilities through routine checks of doors, windows, and entry points.\nExecute daily security operations, including patrols, alarm response, burglar alarm testing, incident response, and identification/reporting of physical security or system issues, while providing escorts as needed.\nRespond to incidents, alarms, intrusions, and suspicious activity, applying sound judgment to determine appropriate actions based on situational awareness and established protocols.\nEnsure compliance with security policies and industry standards through consistent training, drills, reporting, documentation, and overall program governance.\nDeliver a positive customer experience by engaging teammates, welcoming visitors and event attendees with a smooth check-in process, and providing directions and campus support\nExecutive and Teammate Safety\n\nMonitor surroundings and report potential safety concerns, escalating issues to leadership as needed to support a secure environment.\nSupport the travel safety program by monitoring traveler activity, tracking alerts for international locations, and escalating risks or incidents to ensure teammate safety while abroad.\nAssist with teammate safety initiatives, including participating in training, supporting onboarding activities, and reinforcing safety protocols.\nProvide a professional and service-oriented presence that contributes to a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for executives and teammates.\nCrisis Management\nMonitor threats in real time, triage incidents, and execute escalation protocols to ensure effective and timely response.\nSupport crisis communications, providing clear, proactive advisories and real-time updates to stakeholders.\nConduct after-action reviews to drive continuous improvement in crisis preparedness, response effectiveness, and organizational resilience.\nAssist with maintenance and development of crisis management plan documentation.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAssociate's Degree\n1-3 years experience in physical security and safety\nPhysical Security Controls (Access Control, Cameras, Alarms, etc.)\nOversized Vehicle Operating Skills\nThreat Monitoring and Management Platforms\nStrong ability to manage multiple tasks\nSkill in providing high quality customer service\nKnowledge of security equipment and functions\nSkill in observation and decision making\nSkill in both verbal and written communication\nVIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAt DICK’S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
