We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce, reflecting the communities we serve.\nIf you are ready to make a difference as part of the world’s greatest sports team, apply to join our team today!\nOVERVIEW:\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nDaily Operations including:\nResolve complex inventory related issues to ensure the accuracy of the company’s on-hand inventory position.\n\nSupport store/field teams as well as other business partners with inventory movement and receiving applications.\n\nManage and track questions and issues from field and business partners in the inventory support mailboxes to ensure timely resolution and responses.\n\nManage key tasks including inventory adjustments, Cost Adjustments, Average Cost Reviews, Dropship PO Exceptions, Aged Store to Store transfers, and DC shipments.\n\nSupport and participate in RFID related tasks, including store visits/audits, adjustment processing, and reporting\n\nPerform daily, weekly, and monthly balancing of key processes to ensure compliance and accuracy for financial monthly close.\n\nParticipate in the inventory management of Licensed Merchandise Hot Market Events, including MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, Collegiate Athletics, and others as needed\n\nPresent metrics and address questions in monthly department score card meetings\n\nReview processes and task regularly to identify potential efficiency opportunities\n\nSupport the supervisor and manager on the team as needed\n\nPhysical Inventory Cycle tasks including:\nTotal reconciliation and posting ownership over a select number of stores for each physical inventory cycle.\n\nAddress all store/field issues, questions, etc. related to assigned physical inventory stores\n\nIdentify, process, track, and balance all “During Adjustments” including, but not limited to: PI Common Issues, Open Transfers & Shipments, Duplicate Transfers & Claims, Invalid UPCs, OAR Variances, Over Received Pos\n\nSpecial projects & analysis as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's Degree\n\n3 - 5 years experience\n\nVIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAt DICK’S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
