The supervisor will also be responsible for spare parts inventory, preventative maintenance program implementation, and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures.\n2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:45pm - 3:30am.\nRole Responsibilities:\nLead team of maintenance technicians and janitorial staff to perform all daily aspects of distribution center maintenance. This includes compliance with all maintenance safety procedures.\n\nManage the preventative maintenance program timing, scheduling, and execution amongst the DC maintenance team and external partners.\n\nAssist maintenance manager and operations team with the implementation of expense and capital project tracking and execution.\n\nManage inventory, provide accurate order information, and lead receiving and storage of all spare parts.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nAssociate's Degree\n\n2 year technical degree or work related experience\n\n3-5 years experience industrial maintenance supervision\n\nWorking knowledge of PLCs\n\nAble to work flexible hours (occasional Saturday shift)\n\nPrevious experience with preventative maintenance programs\n\nHands on management approach\n\nMust have conveyor, forklift, and electrical experience and trouble-shooting skills\n\nVIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAt DICK’S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
