As the Outdoor Associate must deliver an elevated customer service experience that will build meaningful relationships with athletes within the great outdoors, fishing, camping, hiking, etc.…. Additional responsibilities will also include driving results, ensuring Company standards, and assisting with storewide operations as needed.\nCustomer Service & Sales:\nResponsible for driving the highest level of customer service within our Outdoor department while engaging in behaviors that are in-line with company’s service and selling standards\n\nBring to life the power of opinion. Making sure the explorer experience includes product experts who provide consultative advice while demonstrating excellent product knowledge\n\nUphold standards for merchandise presentation, showcasing the best apparel and equipment brands in sporting goods by following established floor sets, signing requirements, price changes, replenishment and recovery processes, in-stock, etc.\n\nGuide and educate athletes through their purchase by communicating information on use and maintenance of their equipment and accessories\n\nOperations:\nHelp communicate information to teammates regarding Company initiatives, programs, promotions, etc.\n\nMaintaining Company loss prevention standards\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent \n1-3 years experience;
