The group comprises of 12 brands from seven European Countries: Volkswagen, Audi, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bugatti, Bentley, Ducati (motorcycles), Skoda, SEAT, Scania, MAN and Volkswagen commercial vehicles.\nJob Description:\nJob Title: ADAS simulation tooling engineer\nExperience: 5-8 Years\nEducation: BE/BTech/MTech\nEmployment Type: Full Time\nRole Summary\nADAS Simulation tooling Engineer with 6-8 years of experience to develop SIL, closed-loop simulation, sensor model orchestration, and Python-based automation/visualization for ADAS validation.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and run SIL, closed-loop simulation, and re-simulation workflows.\n\nOrchestrate sensor model simulation, including inputs, outputs, results, and visualization.\n\nDevelop Python tools for automation, log parsing, data analysis, visualization, and integration.\n\nExecute regression/scenario-based tests and validate results.\n\nDebug setup, configuration, data, and scenario execution issues.\n\nSupport ROS 2 / Autoware bring-up and recorded-data re-simulation.\n\nKey Skills & Requirements\nStrong Python programming for automation, log parsing, data analysis, and toolchain integration.\n\nHands-on experience in restimulation workflows, including replaying recorded data, validating outputs, and debugging execution issues.\n\nGood understanding of ADAS Software-in-the-Loop simulation, Closed-loop simulation, and scenario-based testing.\n\nExperience with sensor model simulation orchestration, including configuring sensor simulation workflows, managing inputs/outputs, storing results, and supporting visualization.\n\nUnderstanding of closed-loop ADAS evaluation, where perception, planning, control, vehicle motion, and environment feedback are evaluated together.\n\nHands-on experience with Linux environment setup, dependency installation, workspace configuration, and troubleshooting.\n\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of ROS 2 / Autoware bring-up, especially planning and control module validation.\n\nAbility to configure and execute simulation/restimulation toolchains or similar pipelines.\n\nExperience running regression and scenario-based test cases and validating results manually.\n\nGood debugging skills for environment issues, configuration problems, input/output mismatches, and scenario execution failures.\n\nUnderstanding of CARLA or similar simulators for ADAS simulation use cases.\n\nAbility to understand and deserialize structured debug logs, including schema/header-based data formats.\n\nWorking with Embitel\nFreedom to challenge norms, make mistakes, learn and grow\nThere is no ‘I’ in word ‘Team’ and no hierarchy at Embitel\nEmployees of Embitel are partners of our excellence and growth.
