The areas of work involve development of platform components such as firmware, boot loaders, AUTOSAR, Linux/QNX BSP, Service oriented architecture-based middleware components.\nJob Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support automated software integration, build, and deployment processes.\nConfigure and execute automated testing across unit, integration, system, and regression test levels.\nEnsure continuous validation of software changes through automated test execution and result analysis.\nMonitor build health, test results, and pipeline performance; quickly identify and resolve failures.\nIntegrate software components from multiple teams and verify compatibility across vehicle platforms and environments.\nSupport Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Vehicle Integration test activities where applicable.\nCollaborate with software developers, system engineers, and test engineers to ensure code quality and release readiness.\nMaintain traceability between requirements, implementation, and test results.\nDrive continuous improvement of automation frameworks, test coverage, and integration processes.\nAnalyse defects found during integration testing and coordinate resolution with responsible teams.\nSupport release management activities and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards.\nSkills\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field\n5+ years of experience in test framework development, preferably in automotive or ADAS systems\nExperience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.\nKnowledge of Git version control and branching strategies.\nAutomation scripting (Python, Bash, Groovy).\nTest automation frameworks and reporting tools.\nUnderstanding of AUTOSAR, Embedded Systems, CAN/Ethernet, and automotive software integration.\nExperience with HIL/SIL environments and system validation.\nWorking with Embitel\nFreedom to challenge norms, make mistakes, learn and grow\nThere is no ‘I’ in word ‘Team’ and no hierarchy at Embitel\nEmployees of Embitel are partners of our excellence and growth.
