The group comprises of 12 brands from seven European Countries: Volkswagen, Audi, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bugatti, Bentley, Ducati (motorcycles), Skoda, SEAT, Scania, MAN and Volkswagen commercial vehicles.\nJob Description:\nJob Responsibilities:\nHave a good understanding of Infotainment Systems and key domains like CAN, UDS, Vehicle Functions & Diagnostics, Media, connectivity, Audio, and Tuner technologies with preferred knowledge on Android Arch.\nStrong expertise in testing and validating CAN protocol, including CAN 2.0A/B, CAN FD, and various data link layer aspects.\nQuickly ramp up on the end-to-end testing perspective of Software Architecture and Hardware. Write and execute test cases for functional, stability, and stress test scenarios based on architectural elements and requirements.\nOwn the complete Test Case Engineering process, including the creation and execution of test cases, maintaining existing test suites, and adding exploratory test cases after every release.\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, designers, testers, and managers across multiple locations to ensure successful execution of testing activities.\nAutomate test cases using Python, focusing on efficiency, repeatability, and scalability of test cases for infotainment systems. Expertise in any Python framework like Robot or pychamp is must.\nPerform detailed analysis of reported issues, bugs, and defects. Handle bug analysis, bug verification, and tracking, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly.\nEnsure that KPIs defined by leadership are consistently met, and drive improvements to achieve high-quality results.\nBasic Qualifications:\nEducational Background:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 to 6 years of experience in Infotainment Testing with Automation expertise and with a strong focus Experience in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and smartphone integration (Android Auto, Apple CarPlay).\nTechnical Expertise:\nProficient in automotive infotainment testing.\nExperience with microcontroller (MCU) / Input/Output Controller (IOC) testing.\nIn-depth knowledge of CAN/LIN Communication Protocols and UDS Diagnostics Protocol.\nExperience with requirement management tools like DOORS or DNG.\nHands-on experience with test tools (Vector CANoe/CANalyzer, PCAN, Oscilloscope, etc.).\nKnowledge of defect management and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).\nGood communication and documentation abilities.\no Experience with scripting languages (Python) is must.\nAble to understand and derive data flow test cases from HDD/CDD/HSIS documents or Sequence flow diagrams.\nAdditional Skills:\nStrong problem-solving skills with a self-motivated, result-driven attitude.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nCommunication:\nFluent in both written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nLeadership:\nDemonstrate character, clarity, courage, and commitment to high-performance\nBuild environment of trust, high performance, and engagement by establishing clear goals and a commitment to feedback, development, and recognition\nChange Orientation: Champion a better, faster, and simpler way of doing things.\nApply original thinking and continuous improvement to processes, products, systems, or services and manage change to better serve customer needs.\nCollaboration: Connect, engage, and communicate with others\nEncourage open expression of ideas; communicate effectively at all levels and build strong relationships.\nJudgment: Make sound decisions\nDemonstrate critical thinking to take appropriate risk and make sound and timely decisions.\nResults-Driven: Deliver extraordinary results.\nTake initiative to achieve superior, quality results against internal or external standards of excellence.\nEligibility Requirements:\nWillingness to travel up to 20%.\nundefined\nWorking with Embitel\nFreedom to challenge norms, make mistakes, learn and grow\nThere is no ‘I’ in word ‘Team’ and no hierarchy at Embitel\nEmployees of Embitel are partners of our excellence and growth.
