The group comprises of 12 brands from seven European Countries: Volkswagen, Audi, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bugatti, Bentley, Ducati (motorcycles), Skoda, SEAT, Scania, MAN and Volkswagen commercial vehicles.\nJob Description:\nExperience in EV battery systems, BMS, CMC or PDU HW development.\nExperience of BMS AFE, MCU, power supply, isolation, sensing, protection, contactor-driver, and communication circuits\nEMC/ESD/transient design, isolated daisy-chain, and diagnostics\nUnderstand and analyses the customer RFI/RFQ documents and HW requirements.\nDefine HV-BMS hardware requirements, architecture and specifications.\nExpertise in schematic design, component selections, circuit design, simulation, layout review and guidelines etc.\nHW test plan preparation and testing of sample/DUT.\nExpertise worst case analysis, DFMEA, Dfm, and reliability analysis.\nStrong expertise in lithium-ion battery packs and HV architectures (400V/800V).\nDeep understanding of SOC, SOH, SOP, balancing and battery protection algorithms.\nExperience with CMC design, cell voltage/temperature monitoring and battery diagnostics.\nExpertise in PDU architecture including contactors, fuses, current sensors, pre-charge and HVIL.\nExperience in lab equipment’s handling, and board bring-up activities.\nProficiency with FUSA, CAN, CAN FD, UDS diagnostics, CANoe/CANalyzer.\nStrong knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink and system engineering.\nHands-on experience in HIL/SIL, vehicle validation and root-cause analysis.\nWorking knowledge of ISO 26262, DFMEA and safety concepts.\nExperience leading suppliers and cross-functional technical reviews.\nBachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.\nWorking with Embitel\nFreedom to challenge norms, make mistakes, learn and grow\nThere is no ‘I’ in word ‘Team’ and no hierarchy at Embitel\nEmployees of Embitel are partners of our excellence and growth.
