About the Role

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and usability testing.

You will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other design teams to translate business requirements and user needs into engaging and effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives to create effective UX solutions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, usability studies, and competitor analysis where required.
• Create user personas, user journeys, customer journeys, information architecture, and user flows.
• Design wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop intuitive and consistent user experiences across web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to improve designs.
• Identify usability issues and recommend practical design solutions.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems, UI guidelines, and reusable design components.
• Present design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, design methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives while making design decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Figma is mandatory.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Strong knowledge of user research and usability testing techniques.
• Experience creating user flows, journey maps, personas, and prototypes.
• Good understanding of responsive design and mobile/web design principles.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects is required.

Good to Have

• Experience working on enterprise applications or complex B2B products.
• Knowledge of UI design and visual design principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints.
• Experience collaborating with Design Systems teams.
• Exposure to accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience with AI-enabled products or data-driven applications would be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
