Hands-on professional who will be tasked with a variety of needs and responsibilities in supporting sales and customers for Dicor, Vixen, and MCD brands.\nEssential Functions:\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.\nOrder entry for Dicor, Vixen, and MCD OEM orders.\nProvides administrative support to the customers and team. \nProvides excellent customer service.\nAnswers phone calls and assists customers as needed.\nProviding customers with ETA’s and tracking numbers.\nFollows all safety rules.\nPerforms other duties assigned to full accountability as needed.\nEnsure all shipments are completed and paperwork is accounted for. \n\nCharacteristic Duties:\nAbility to build rapport with all customers.\nAbility to build a working relationship with cross-functional teams and departments. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills and detail oriented.\nDemonstrates a positive and professional work ethic.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, work on multiple projects simultaneously.\nCompetencies:\nAbility to communicate and resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner.\nAbility to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes.\nFlexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.\nBasic Excel and Word skills.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to organize and maintain paperwork.\nExcellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)\nSets priorities in an efficient manner and optimizes time and resources to achieve desired results.\nAbility to adapt to change.\nUnderstanding the importance of SOX compliance.\nSupervisory Responsibility:\nNone\nWork Environment:\nThis job operates in a professional office setting within a manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, printers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers and noise from manufacturing equipment). This list is not all inclusive. May operate on occasion within the manufacturing environment at customer locations.\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
