This role provides full accountability for financial performance, manufacturing operations, product quality, customer satisfaction, safety performance, team development, and business growth. The General Manager serves as the senior leader of the division and is responsible for achieving operational excellence while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and teammate engagement.\nThe General Manager works closely with corporate leadership and division leadership teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term organizational success.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Division Operations - Direct all aspects of divisional performance, including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, customer service, and administrative functions to achieve business objectives.\nDrive Financial Performance - Maintain full responsibility for profit and loss, balance sheet performance, budgeting, forecasting, working capital management, and achievement of financial goals.\nDevelop and Execute Strategic Plans - Establish annual business plans, operating objectives, and long-range strategies that support Airxcel growth initiatives and corporate objectives.\nPromote Operational Excellence - Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, delivery performance, waste reduction, and cost optimization.\nChampion Safety Culture - Foster a culture where safety is a core value by ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and proactively mitigating workplace risks.\nDrive Quality Performance - Ensure products consistently meet customer expectations through robust quality systems and continuous improvement efforts.\nLead Product Development & Innovation - Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams to successfully launch new products and technologies.\nOptimize Supply Chain Performance - Improve inventory management, supplier performance, material planning, and working capital utilization.\nStrengthen Customer Relationships - Maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.\nDevelop Organizational Capability - Recruit, develop, and retain top talent through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.\nMonitor Performance Metrics - Establish and review KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity, profitability, inventory turns, customer satisfaction, and engagement.\nLead Organizational Change - Support process improvements, technology adoption, and organizational transformation initiatives.\nRepresent the Division Externally -
