Ensures creation of design documentation and functionality of associated support systems. \nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nIncludes the following:\nEstablishes and monitors consistent tool & die practices.\nDevelops, documents, sustains engineering documentation processes including complete tool designs, setup sheets, repair documentation, and PM guides.\nPrioritizes, tracks, and maintains records of the elements, costs, and time schedules of multiple projects.\nProvides and facilitates maintenance of the CAD hardware and software for the department.\nReviews quality of final product before release to client.\nSelects, supervises, and obtains cost estimates from outside vendors.\nConfers with clients regarding budget, background information, objectives, presentation approaches, and selection of media.\nDelegates internally to maximize impact of efficiency on the business.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned to support the organization.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
