The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Government’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring the security, reliability, and availability of critical systems and services.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport and maintain Data Centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and cloud environments.\n\nAdminister and support Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.\n\nMonitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.\n\nImplement and maintain cybersecurity controls, patch management, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and system-related issues.\n\nParticipate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and provide technical guidance to relevant stakeholders.\n\nEnsure compliance with ISMS requirements, government ICT policies, standards, and security best practices.\n\nBenefits\nSalary Point: B5\n\nJob Requirements\nQualifications/Experience\n\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.\n\nProven experience in systems administration, data Centre operations, or enterprise infrastructure management.\n\nStrong knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure platforms.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\n\nHow To Apply\nInterested candidates should Sign-up or login to apply now or email your CV & Certificates to  or simply bring to documents to the reception at the main office at 3rd Floor Caravelle House.
