Combining technical problem-solving, data, automation, and creative outbound strategies, you'll develop smarter ways to identify, engage, and convert potential customers.\nThis isn't a traditional BDR role. You'll work at the intersection of sales, growth, and technology, building repeatable systems that generate pipeline and accelerate our growth. You'll partner closely with sales and leadership to experiment, optimize, and scale what works.\nYou'll join a team of builders, learners, and believers, guided by values that shape how we work and how we build.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and optimize outbound systems that identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential customers across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain.\n\nOwn pipeline generation, combining targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and automated workflows to drive qualified sales opportunities.\n\nLeverage AI and automation tools to streamline lead research, enrich prospect data, personalize messaging, and improve outbound efficiency.\n\nDesign and run GTM experiments across different customer segments, messaging strategies, and outreach channels to uncover new growth opportunities.\n\nDevelop scalable prospecting workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, CRM platforms, and other sales technologies.\n\nAnalyze funnel performance and conversion data to continuously improve targeting, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline quality.\n\nCollaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to refine our ideal customer profile, identify new opportunities, and turn successful experiments into repeatable GTM playbooks.\n\nYou'll be successful in this role if you…\nYou enjoy building systems and figuring out how to make processes smarter, faster, and more scalable.\n\nYou're equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing hands-on outreach.\n\nYou're technically curious and excited about using AI, automation, and data to solve business problems.\n\nYou're highly analytical, experiment-driven, and constantly looking for ways to improve results.\n\nYou're resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without a predefined playbook.\n\nYou thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from zero in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nQualifications\n1-3+ years of experience in growth, GTM engineering, sales operations, business development, or a related role.\n\nExperience building or managing outbound prospecting workflows, lead generation systems, or GTM automation.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and data enrichment technologies.\n\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.\n\nExperience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve workflows and productivity.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical ideas into business outcomes.\n\nBonus Points For:\nExperience with Clay, Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, or similar tools.\n\nExperience using APIs, SQL, Python, or other scripting tools to automate workflows.\n\nExperience at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startup.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise sales, account-based marketing, or complex B2B sales cycles.\n\nExposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or enterprise software.\n\nWhat we value at Didero\nWe go beyond OTIF.
