Team Overview

As part of the Passenger Marketing team, you will support the day-to-day execution of marketing priorities for selected markets in Mexico and Colombia. Working closely with a Marketing Analyst and Senior Marketing Manager, you will help organize information, coordinate initiatives, and keep assigned workstreams moving from the initial request through execution and results reporting.

This is a learn-by-doing internship. You will begin with clearly defined support responsibilities and have the opportunity to take on more complex deliverables and greater ownership as you build your skills, demonstrate strong performance, and deepen your understanding of the business.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day budget administration and financial workflows by preparing and tracking purchase requests and purchase orders, following up on procurement and invoice status, and keeping supporting documentation accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain trackers and reports across campaigns, owned-channel communications, and other marketing activities; collect, organize, and validate information; and translate results into clear reports, presentations, and key learnings.

  • Using Excel or Google Sheets, presentation tools, and approved AI solutions to improve reporting speed and quality, information organization, and recurring tasks.

  • Supporting the planning and day-to-day coordination of marketing initiatives by keeping project plans and timelines updated, following up on pending actions, and flagging potential blockers or delays.

  • Gathering relevant inputs and helping translate approved business needs into clear briefs and structured requests, while coordinating feedback, reviews, and approvals with creative, operational, legal, and other partner teams.

  • Support the execution of owned-channel communications, including in-app messages, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp. As your experience, performance, and capabilities grow, you may also help deploy broader campaigns by coordinating asset delivery and organization, following up on media requirements and plans, and supporting handoffs between creative, media, and other partner teams.

Role Qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree-from the sixth semester onward-in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. Advanced working proficiency in English is required; C1 is preferred.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts, as well as good working knowledge of PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

  • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage different priorities, maintain accurate information, pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, and consistently follow through on assigned tasks.

  • Comfort organizing and reviewing information and data, identifying relevant patterns, and clearly communicating the main findings.

  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset. You ask thoughtful questions, look for solutions, take responsibility for assigned work, and have the drive to move tasks forward.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and an open mindset toward AI, with an interest in using new tools responsibly to improve efficiency, solve problems, and propose better ways of working. Previous experience with project-management or AI tools is a plus, but not required.
