岗位职责 / Responsibilities

设计团队级的顶层AI Native 架构，在安全场景的关键技术决策上做出正确取舍，能在专业领域解决高难度技术问题、输出高质量方案，并在方案评审中提出有价值的质疑与建议。

以专业深度建立技术影响力，对安全各方向 AI 相关方案给出有理有据的评审意见与关键裁决建议，在跨团队协同中把各安全团队零散的 AI 需求收敛为统一的架构与规范。

能有效评估AI 应用的投入产出，以可度量指标论证技术选型与投入合理性，把 AI 能力沉淀为可复用资产、避免重复造轮子，并熟练编排 AI 应用带来可量化的提效收益。

持续保持 AI 技术前沿深度，并对安全业务有足够理解深度，成为部门 AI 技术的"问题终结者"与最后防线; 通过方案评审、技术分享沉淀架构决策记录与最佳实践文档，把个人能力转化为团队能力，支撑部门 AI 人才梯队建设。

任职要求 / Requirements

本科及以上学历，计算机/人工智能/信息安全相关专业; 8 年以上研发经验、5 年以上架构设计经验，有体系级或平台级架构主导落地经验。

精通大模型应用架构，熟悉主流模型能力边界与选型逻辑，能在闭源/开源、SFT/LoRA、推理优化之间权衡成本与延迟。

具备AI 应用工程化能力，有真实上线并产生业务价值的 AI 应用，能讲清架构决策逻辑与量化收益。

理解安全业务场景，擅长跨团队协同、把零散 AI 需求收敛为统一架构与规范，能把复杂 AI 概念翻译成业务语言并面向不同层级表达; 有成本意识与ROI 思维，技术路线不确定时能快速决策并承担结果
