通过方案评审、技术分享沉淀架构决策记录与最佳实践文档，把个人能力转化为团队能力，支撑部门 AI 人才梯队建设。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n本科及以上学历，计算机/人工智能/信息安全相关专业; 8 年以上研发经验、5 年以上架构设计经验，有体系级或平台级架构主导落地经验。\n精通大模型应用架构，熟悉主流模型能力边界与选型逻辑，能在闭源/开源、SFT/LoRA、推理优化之间权衡成本与延迟。\n具备AI 应用工程化能力，有真实上线并产生业务价值的 AI 应用，能讲清架构决策逻辑与量化收益。\n理解安全业务场景，擅长跨团队协同、把零散 AI 需求收敛为统一架构与规范，能把复杂 AI 概念翻译成业务语言并面向不同层级表达;
