年以上自动驾驶 / 移动机器人规划算法开发经验。\n\n2、精通 C++/Python，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，具备扎实的数据结构、算法基础与代码规范。\n\n3、掌握经典规划算法（A*、Hybrid A*、QP/SQP、ILQR 等），具备预测、规划相关背景知识。\n\n4、具备端到端规划模型开发经验，了解强化学习、模仿学习、深度学习规划等算法，有实车部署经验者优先。\n\n5、熟悉车辆运动学 /
