This is a critical role for an experienced team member who will act as a specialist in a core functional module.You will be expected to independently execute complex operational tasks, manage dedicated workstreams, and play a key role in large-scale projects. Success in this role requires not only efficiency in execution but also a strategic mindset to constantly analyze, diagnose, and suggest methods of optimization to existing processes and playbooks. You will solve complex problems with limited guidance, driving efficient execution and measurable results across the organization.\nRole Responsibilities\nYou will be the functional specialist driving analysis and execution, evolving our systems and processes.Your core responsibilities will include:\nDrive Operational Specialization & Process Optimization\nAct as the specialist within one simple function module, playing a key role in relevant projects and independently completing complex operation tasks.\nDrive efficient execution and achieve strategic results, even when solving complex problems with limited guidance from senior staff.\nProactively diagnose bottlenecks and suggest, develop, and implement methods for optimization to existing processes and playbooks.\nAnalyze Data & Drive Insight•Be proficient in common data analysis methods and tools, including SQL and Python, applying them to complex business challenges.•Independently develop reasonable hypotheses for business problems, choosing the proper analytical methods, and conducting in-depth analyses to drive insights.•Deeply understand the definition, logic, correlation, and inference among various operational metrics to provide input for business strategy development.\nLead and Manage Projects•Take independent responsibility for small projects, or play a key role in larger initiatives.
