\n2、具备优秀的学习能力，能够快速学习、转化、吸收、输出新的业务知识; \n3、具备优秀的理解、思考及表达能力，能够清晰理解客户需求、快速准确判断最优解决方案并清晰传递给客户; \n4、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，具备较强的结构化思考和结构化表达能力; \n5、有较强的成长意愿和成就动机，目标感强，能够积极主动推进工作落地，拿到结果; \n6、认真严谨，做事踏实，重视专业基本功、通用基本功的提升;
