In this role, you'll go beyond execution: you'll define strategy, create scalable processes, and influence cross-functional teams to drive courier growth, engagement, and retention.\nAs an experienced operator, you’re expected to bring strong business acumen, a track record of solving complex operational problems with data, and a proactive, ownership-first mentality. You will work closely with teams in Product, Marketing, Strategy, CX, and BI to design and implement impactful initiatives that scale.\nRole Responsibilities\nLead courier operations across MX, with accountability for key delivery metrics such as supply health, delivery times and delivery cost\nLead core, cross-functional projects that improve marketplace balance and performance.\nDesign and improve scalable processes that enhance courier lifecycle management (acquisition, engagement, retention).\nCoordinate with multiple areas and senior stakeholders, communicating and discussing ideas that impact decisions and goals.\nIdentify courier operations pain points and translate them into executable solutions, based on data insights and deep operational understanding.\nGuide teams to use different analytical tools (SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools) to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions.\nSupport the development and feedback cycle with product teams on new features and assignment models.\nMentor team members or analysts as needed, promoting analytical thinking and operational rigor.\nRole Qualifications\n7-9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups (food delivery or mobility is a plus).\nProven ability to solve highly complex problems at a country level, leveraging different data analysis methods.\nExperience with BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.\nStrong understanding of business metrics and operational KPIs.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields.\nStrong communication skills and ability to influence across functions and levels.\nDemonstrated leadership potential and ownership mindset - proactive, independent, and impact-oriented.\nComfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.\nProfessional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).\nEEO Statement\nWe create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
